Art To Go

Beth Dalton

Beth Dalton,
Instructor of English

Beth and her students created an interactive Web site that made the resources of the David Owsley Museum of Art at Ball State University accessible to high school students.

The seminar tested the various features of its website—an online audio tour, an interactive art history timeline, and instructional material—with the art and humanities teachers and students at Monroe Central Junior-Senior High School. They also created an accompanying DVD for those high schools with limited internet access.

The seminar’s partners included the Owsley Museum of Art, the Ball State University Media Services, and Monroe Central Junior-Senior High School.
