Sharmin Kader is an architectural designer and researcher with over twelve years of work experience. Her project areas include healthcare, higher education, and residential environment. She has developed her research expertise in mixed-method research design and post-occupancy evaluation (POE). She has developed the first-ever POE tool for the hospice environment (titled HEAP) and has developed a POE tool for college student housing. Both POE tools are widely used.
