About Stephanie Ries

Stephanie Ries is an experience educator, coach and consultant. Offering more than 22 years of progressive experience in the field of education, be it teaching, consulting, coaching, administration and student development. Stephanie is viewed as visionary, fearless and as a tenacious advocate for the field of education. With tenacity, advocacy and nurturing as her core skills she is results oriented with the ability to advocate for participant success through innovative curriculum and operational standards focused on process improvements. Stephanie has led organizations through quality ratings, accreditation processes and licensing regulations.

Stephanie is the founder and owner of Soar Education Consulting Services LLC. She’s passionate, personable and skillful with the ability to develop strategic, tactical and action plans through program development and deployment, fostering partnerships throughout family and community levels to achieve organizational goals. She presents at conferences and conducts training’s nationally.
