The Psychology concentration provides a broad foundation in the scientific study of mind and behavior. You’ll cover the major subfields such as biological bases of behavior (neuroscience, sensation/perception), learning and cognition, individual differences, development across the lifespan, social psychology, and diversity. This background helps you understand human behavior in educational, social, and institutional contexts, and gives you tools to support student learning, well‐being, and motivation in the classroom.
