The Department of Media at Ball State includes exceptional facilities and faculty. Our production facilities and equipment are industry-standard, and our faculty and staff are active nationally and internationally as producers, creators, and scholars.
Although Media is one of the largest academic departments on campus, it doesn’t feel big. Our class sizes and active student organizations help create small family communities within our four concentrations:

- media promotion and management
Our graduate program averages 12 new students each year, and they start together in the fall semester.
