Cathy serves as the office supervisor for the Learning Center, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the role. As an integral academic hub for Ball State students and one of the best places to work on campus, the Center thrives on close collaboration between staff and student employees. At the heart of that operation, Cathy manages payroll for over 100 student workers, monitors expenses to keep budgets on target, and maintains the website to ensure accurate information for the campus community. As a Ball State University alumna, she takes pride in applying her skills directly to the Center’s daily success.

In her spare time, Cathy enjoys playing video games to unwind and stay connected with friends. An avid traveler and hiker, she loves exploring new cultures and tackling scenic trails, with a highlight being her trek up to the Old Man of Storr on Scotland's Isle of Skye. Cathy is also passionate about wildlife conservation, regularly supporting efforts to protect endangered species—especially sea turtles. Beyond the trail and the screen, she is a dedicated baseball fan with a deep appreciation for the game.
