Jennifer Haley has over twenty-five years of experience teaching college writing, including English Composition, Writing Proficiency, and, most recently, writing in the Intensive English Institute. She earned a P.h.D. in English Composition and Rhetoric and an M.A. in Secondary Education (English) from Ball State University. She serves as the Director for the Learning Center at Ball State University, where she oversees academic support services including tutoring, supplemental instruction, and testing accommodations for students with disabilities.
