How it Works
The Dr. Kay Bales Excellence in Leadership is a developmental leadership program that challenges you to analyze your leadership identity, examine multiple leadership styles, and work effectively in groups while actively engaging the Ball State and Muncie communities.
The program is offered in various workshops per semester with a focus on a different level and aspect of leadership within each workshop:
All workshops are hosted on Wednesdays from 5:30PM-6:30PM in Student Center room 301. ANY student is welcome to come to any workshop. Stop in for one or all of the workshops!
Nominations
Nominate an emerging leader, new organization member, or peer for the Dr. Kay Bales EIL workshop series! Students who are nominated will receive a personal invitation from an EIL staff member.
Additional Activities
Would you like to dive deeper into your personal, global, and group understanding of leadership? Add the Leadership Studies minor to ANY major!
