Lori Corvino
Senior Director of Principal Gifts and Campaign Strategy
Lori is fortunate to work in a position that allows her to apply a valuable skill that seems to be in short order nowadays – listening.
According to Lori, the most inspiring part of her job is to learn from alumni and friends of the university about how Ball State changed their lives. Lori’s strength comes in her ability to listen and then encourage others to put their stories of gratitude into action, paying forward their appreciation to the next generation of Cardinals.
Lori’s path to Ball State was “creative, fun and diverse.” The Ohio-native started her career at the Center of Science and Industry, a hands-on science center in downtown Toledo. After that, she had stops at the Toledo Zoo, DePauw University, Salvation Army and her alma mater, Bowling Green State University.
Lori lives in Noblesville with her husband, Brian, son, Anderson, and dog, Cooper. She and Brian enjoy watching Anderson play basketball and baseball, going on bike rides, and attending Cleveland Guardians, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Cavaliers games.
In Lori’s Own Words
“For people to give back to an institution where memories were made, lives were changed, dreams realized, paths to better opportunities taken, is awe-inspiring to me.”
