Multi-talented actor and producer David Arquette will be the next featured speaker in the David Letterman Distinguished Professional Lecture and Workshop Series at Ball State University. Mr. Arquette is scheduled to speak at 7 p.m. on April 10 at Pruis Hall on the Ball State campus.

Ball State University recently received high marks in the Broadcast Education Association’s (BEA) inaugural School Rankings—Recognition of Institutional Excellence in Media program. Ball State’s College of Communication, Information, and Media (CCIM) placed seventh nationally out of 101 ranked institutions in “2022 Top Winning Overall Programs.” Ball State also placed second in the nation in “Top Winning Sports Programs,” seventh in “2022 Top Winning Documentary Programs,” and 27th in “Top Winning Film & Video Programs.”

After three consecutive years of increased giving since the event’s inaugural celebration in 2019, One Ball State Day (OBSD) organizers this year hope to raise at least $1 million in gifts from Cardinals around the world to continue to support the financial needs of students, faculty and staff, and programs.
