Scope of Work
Replacement of an existing 4-pipe air handling unit serving the Elevator Machine Room with a new split-system electric heat-pump air handler, HVAC controls, and electrical alterations.Controls include compatible connection to the existing building management system.Electrical alterations include Elevator Code compliance improvements for electrical power, new emergency power circuits from the existing emergency power system, separation of power to dedicated circuits, lighting, and fire alarm systems modifications.
ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $300,000.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: December 15, 2025
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: May 11, 2026
