Ball State’s Center for Professional Selling provides opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students to excel in professional selling. As a student, you’ll have access to a number of experiential learning opportunities: Sell products (such as advertising) to the local business community, develop real-world sales materials for business clients, manage contacts and territories using CRM software, and more. In addition to our programs for students, we also serve the business community by providing sales and customer service training, sponsoring seminars, making presentations on current sales topics, and hosting an annual sales career fair.

Learn to establish and develop customer relationships, manage the customer relationship life cycle, use sales and marketing analytics to measure performance, and manage a sales force through our MBA program’s concentration in sales management.
