students in the atrium art galleryThe School of Art invites the public to attend its series of rotating BFA Studio Art exhibitions between April 14 through May 2. Graduating seniors will display artworks created as part of their senior capstone projects, representing a dynamic range of media, concepts, and styles. This is a great chance to see the exciting art being made by some of the School of Art's seniors! All exhibitions will be in The Ned and Gloria Griner Art Gallery, just off the Atrium Food Court in the Arts & Journalism building. Free and open to the public.

planetarium seatsIn this live presentation with partners from the Levi and Catharine Coffin State Historic Site, discover how people have used the stars throughout history as a guide. Learn how freedom-seekers followed the North Star to escape slavery and find their way to freedom. Then partake in astronomy-focused crafts and hands-on activities. This event is recommended for school-age children and their caregivers, but all ages are welcome!
