The Office of Housing and Residence Life at Ball State offers affordable, comfortable lodging and meeting spaces for conference and camp guests in our residence halls over the summer. For more information about conference and camp housing, please email us.
Room Types
For guests looking for the maximum value in camp and conference lodging, single and double rooms are available, including some with private or semi-private restrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. Single and double rooms’ furniture is the same but for the number of people staying in the room.
Please note: Room linens are not included.

Prices do not include linen charges (if requested), a 5 percent innkeepers tax, and a 7 percent state sales tax. We ask that our conference guests plan to stay at least two nights minimum. Conference guests who only stay one night will be billed for two nights.
