Family members attending Orientation with their student have the option to stay on campus in North West Residence Hall. However, family members will stay overnight in a separate room from their student. Space is limited and not guaranteed.
Room Details and Amenities:

Rate: $50 per room, per night.

Room Configuration: Rooms are standard doubles, furnished with two beds, light bed linens, pillows, and towels.

Capacity: Each room can host up to two adults and two children under the age of 12. Children who are minors must stay in the same room as a parent or guardian.

Bathroom Configuration: North West Residence Hall features semiprivate bathrooms with a shared sink area and individual locking restroom spaces.

Additional Features: Rooms are air-conditioned and have wireless internet access.
Reservation Information and Payment:
We recommend booking family housing around the same time the student secures their Orientation housing accommodations to ensure availability.

Families may reserve up to two rooms. However, if a minor is part of the overnight party, a guardian must stay in the same room as the minor.

All reservations must be paid for online prior to arrival with Discover, Visa, or MasterCard; payments are not accepted upon arrival. If credit card payment is not an option for you, please contact our office for alternative solutions.
Cancellations:
- Orientation housing reservations may be canceled, but refunds are not guaranteed. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled orientation housing reservation. You may cancel your orientation housing directly on the housing portal.
