Student Action Team

Student Action Team (SAT) is a Ball State Office of Housing and Residence Life organization that focuses on community service and awareness to help benefit the Ball State and Muncie community. SAT plans events held throughout the academic year, manage Cardinal Closet, and host Hate Free Tables.

Hate Free Tables

Hate Free tables' purpose is to help spread less hate throughout Ball State’s campus and to actively show that SAT is a nondiscriminatory organization.

Cardinal Closet

Cardinal closet is where we allow students to come and shop for semi-professional and professional clothing. Cardinal Closet is free for all Ball State students as long as they bring their ID.

Get Involved

Interested students are welcome to show up to our meetings! You do not have to be a hall representative to attend. However, there are rules on attendance if people are wanting to vote regarding discussed issues/topics.

Hall representatives, liaisons between their hall council and SAT, are another way to get involved with our group.

If you’re looking for a more dedicated way to get involved, consider our executive board! The exec board is made up of students who are involved in planning our signature events and help other students develop leadership skills.

We are also always in need of volunteers for our events and tables!
