Cardinal Day of Well-Being

Human Resources is proud to announce the Cardinal Day of Well-being. This day is anchored by the employee benefits fair and will be enhanced with well-being sessions.  Programming will be offered around the five pillars of wellbeing- financial, community, physical, social and career.

Join us Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at the Student Center. All Ball State employees are invited to attend the Cardinal Day of Well-being.

Orientation Sessions

Orientation sessions are required for new full-time employees and are designed to acclimate new hires to the university environment and provide information about benefits. New Employee Orientation will take place every week on Tuesday.
