Welcome to the Office of the Registrar

We’re dedicated to providing exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff. We support the community with enrollment, grading, and transcripts. We also provide Ball State with curriculum assistance, catalog production, course and classroom scheduling, and the creation of the master schedule. The Office of the Registrar works with campus colleagues to maintain the integrity of academic policies, student data, and the student information system. 

What We Do

In the Registrar’s office, we can help you:

• register for classes
• check grades
• update personal information
• request an official transcript
• find information regarding academic status
• apply for graduation
• find information about Commencement ceremonies
• learn about residency requirements
• reinstate enrollment after completing disqualification time away
• re-enroll as a student

Our office also maintains information on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
