About Amanda
Amanda joined Ball State Online as a Student Success Specialist in 2023 but she has been with Ball State University since 2014. Before joining Ball State Online, Amanda spent 10 years working in the Dean’s Office in Bracken Library, assisting the campus community. She continues that work by helping students fulfill their academic goals. Amanda takes great satisfaction in helping students reach their full potential and strives to treat her students with equity and compassion.
Amanda has been a Muncie, Indiana resident since she first attended Ball State in 2001. Since that time, she has received her undergraduate and her Master of Arts in History from the University. Amanda enjoys reading, spending time with her cats, and playing tabletop games of all varieties.
