About Ted
Ted Rankin joined Ball State Online in October 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Online Student Support Strategies. With experience in developing strategies to promote student success, Ted collaborates with academic and administrative departments across the university to streamline support systems for online students.
Beyond his professional commitments, Ted earned a Master’s in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education through Ball State University and is currently pursuing an EdD in Higher Education. Ted has also earned certificates in College and University Teaching and Community College Leadership, acquired a certification in Associate Certified Academic Life Coaching, and taught the ID 495 General Studies capstone course for several semesters.
