About Amy
Amy joined Ball State Online in 2016. She has dedicated herself to fostering student success and supporting educational initiatives at Ball State University. Currently serving as a Student Success Specialist, she leverages her extensive experience and expertise to provide personalized guidance and resources to students, empowering them to achieve their academic and personal goals.
Before her current role, she held various positions within the University. In each capacity, she demonstrated a commitment to innovation and excellence, developing and implementing initiatives to enhance student engagement and streamline administrative processes. Her prior experiences outside of the University equipped her with a strong foundation in interpersonal communication and problem-solving, which she continues to utilize in her work today.
Amy is a two-time alumna of Ball State and has earned her degrees through our online programming. After earning her bachelor’s degree, she furthered her education with a Master of Arts in Adult and Community Education, specializing in equipping individuals with the tools and knowledge necessary for success in diverse learning environments.
Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous learning. She is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential and making meaningful contributions to the educational landscape. As she continues to grow and evolve professionally, she is committed to leveraging her expertise to create positive impacts in the lives of students and the broader community.
