UKG Dimensions is Ball State's official timekeeping system.

Logging On

Your UKG Dimensions username and password are the same as your official Ball State username and password.

UKG Dimensions has single sign on (SSO), which allows you direct access without logging on if you are already logged onto the university’s network.

Employee can access UKG Dimensions via my.bsu.edu or this webpage as well as an optional mobile application. 

Employees may access the mobile application by searching for and downloading the "UKG Dimensions" app and entering the following tenant URL https://bsu.prd.mykronos.com when prompted to do so.   

General Employee Information

Employees, along with their supervisors, are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their timecards.  Employees should review and approve their timecards at the end of each pay period, this attestation will let their supervisors know that the employee does not see any issues with their timecard.
