Ron Dolon has nearly 60 years of experience as a social worker and social work educator. He has worked as a caseworker with older adults, child welfare worker, school social worker, staff development consultant, adult protective services investigator, mental health consultant, and personnel officer. He has also served as a consultant for the Victim Advocacy Program for the Muncie Police Department and as a faculty member at the Indiana Victim Assistance Academy. He has presented at national and international conferences, and was awarded the Rosalie Wolf Memorial Elder Abuse Prevention Award by the Institute on Violence, Abuse, and Trauma in August 2024. Dr. Dolon teaches at the BSW level.
