Kimberly Taylor
Assistant Lecturer of Social Work
I earned my BSW from Ball State University in 2011 and MSW from Indiana University in 2016. Prior to making my way back to Ball State, my practice area focused on the field of health care and gerontology. I have experience working in skilled nursing facilities, the hospital setting, home health care, and hospice. In 2013, I was awarded the National Association of Social Workers Social Worker of the Year Award for Region 5. I’m also very passionate about my work in an annual event I host, Ready.Set.Breathe! in memory of my father, who passed away from Pulmonary Fibrosis. I love being able to connect and advocate alongside others affected by this disease. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and two dogs.
