Financial aid will be applied to student accounts beginning January 1, 2026. Refunds will begin to be processed January 5, 2026. To avoid delays, sign up for direct deposit and complete all outstanding aid requirements before January 1, 2026.

Spring 2026 courses begin Monday, January 5, 2026. The add/drop period for full-term courses ends on January 11, 2026. We encourage you to speak with a staff member before making changes to your schedule.

About Course Registration

Ball State University will provide electronic Form 1098-T statements to all eligible students by the end of January 2026. If you have any questions, please contact Student Financial Services at AskSFS@bsu.edu.
