Dr. Diana Wilson, DBH, LBA, BCBA, is an experienced instructor with a total of 20 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Dr. Wilson's clinical and research interests revolve around working together with various professional organizations to advance public policy advocacy and offer guidance in terms of early access to care, clinical best practices, and evidence-based treatment. Additionally, she is dedicated to providing training to law enforcement personnel and first responders in the areas of autism, developmental disabilities, crisis response, and behavior analysis.
Professional Experience
Dr. Diana Wilson has extensive experience as an executive director, where she has managed various applied behavior analysis programs for children in Arizona. Additionally, she has created a well-rounded curriculum-based supervision program aimed at offering sustainable employment, staff training, and professional growth opportunities for aspiring professionals and students. Dr. Wilson is highly regarded for her consultative expertise, providing guidance and training to families, school districts, and organizational personnel throughout the country. Her focus primarily revolves around analyzing ethical considerations in behavior analysis, ensuring quality assurance, and compliance with regulations.
In addition, Dr. Wilson has served as a board member for several organizations, including the Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA), the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment Autism Advisory Council, the Glendale Community College Behavior Health Sciences Occupational Advisory Board (BHS-OAB), Behavioral Health Centers of Excellence (BHCOE), and the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners, as a government appointed representative for behavior analysts.
